SUMMARY:Halloween 2025 returns to Taujėnai Manor this year
DESCRIPTION:This autumn\, Taujėnai Manor will be transformed into a place where legends of the night awaken.  On 10 October\, mysterious evenings will begin here\, and in the fog will appear those whose names we dare to say only in a whisper – Dracula\, Frankenstein\, mummies\, werewolves… Every step you take in the park will remind you that you are guests in a world where reality meets fantasy.  \nVisitors will find more than one creepy space where everyone will discover their own fears. When the clock strikes 6pm\, the scarecrows will appear – from that moment on\, there will be no peace. However\, not everything that awaits in the courtyard will be revealed. Some surprises will only be revealed to those who dare to venture into the darkness.    \nOn 17\, 19\, 24 and 26 October there will be a laser show! There will be a spectacular programme of lights\, good music and a fun atmosphere in the open air. From 19:00 onwards\, laser shows will take place every half an hour for about 10 minutes – an unforgettable spectacle for the whole family!    \nFor those who love tradition\, this year’s All Souls’ Day Courtyard will be full of light\, creativity and fellowship. Baltic symbols will come to life and everyone will be able to contribute to the common work by leaving a piece of themselves. There will be plenty of activities for young and old alike – activities for families\, creative activities for children and meaningful time for adults. This is an opportunity to get in touch with heritage\, feel the festive spirit and meet like-minded people.    \nYoung guests can enjoy fun games with the chance to win prizes\, trampolines and a petting zoo. The fair in the Manor Park will provide warmth and flavours: mulled wine\, doughnuts\, waffles\, delicious snacks and souvenirs.  \nHalloween evenings at Taujėnai Manor will be full of flavours. The café and food vendors will make sure that guests can find quick snacks as well as hearty lunches and dinners. Sweet tooth lovers will enjoy doughnuts\, waffles\, halva and honey\, while hot wine and non-alcoholic beer will keep you warm.   \nWe will be waiting for you from 10 October to 2 November\, Thursdays to Sundays\, from 2 pm to 10 pm. DESCRIPTION:To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of composer and painter Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis\, the Lithuanian Symphony Wind Orchestra has prepared a programme of chamber music featuring works by Čiurlionis and his contemporaries. Čiurlionis\, like many Symbolists of his time\, sought a synthesis of the arts. This idea led to the idea of bringing together in one programme works by different composers from a similar period\, reflecting related artistic ideas. The unexpected juxtapositions and arrangements include works by M. K. Čiurlionis\, Carl Reinecke\, Gustav Holst and other composers. The idea of the concert was conceived by Liucilė U. Vilimaitė\, music director – Rimvydas Savickas.      \nPerformers:\nSaulina Nedzinskaitė (flute)\nAurimas Mintaučkis (oboe)\nAnrytis Petkus (clarinet)\nRingailė Jagminienė (French horn)\nDarius Stoskeliūnas (bassoon)\nLiucilė U. DESCRIPTION:The Ice Sculpture Festival “Ice Tales” returns to Taujėnai Manor!\nVisitors are welcome from 19 January to 29 February\, I-IV from 12 pm to 6 pm\, V-VII from 12 pm to 9 pm. \nThis year\, the Ice Sculpture Park will feature more than 33 000 kg of clear and\, unusually\, coloured ice sculptures that will provide visitors with a true winter fairy tale. The ice sculptures will also be on display in Taujėnai Manor Park\, but the main exhibition will be held in a pavilion turned into a forest. The exhibition will be beautifully lit and isolated from the elements\, so that you can enjoy the ice sculptures for as long as possible. Wonderful creators will make culture meaningful through art. \nFestival guests are invited to visit four spaces:\n– coloured ice;\n– mysticism;\n– traditional fairy tales;\n– ice queen. \nWarm waffles\, doughnuts\, smoked fish and other delicacies for the hungry.
